Wadhayes Farm is a small family run working farm nestled on the southern edge of the Blackdown Hills with beautiful views all around. It is situated at the end of a private lane and is only 3 miles from the market town of Honiton. The south coast of Devon is only a 15-20 minute drive away and Dartmoor can easily be reached in about 45 minutes. Easy access to both the A303/A30 and M5 make the farm an ideal location for exploring the South West area.
We have Apple Tree Cottage (sleeps 6), Pear Tree cottage (sleeps 5) and The Stables (sleeps 5). All of these are original stone barns that have been sympathetically converted to holiday accommodation in 2009/2010. They form part of a listed farm courtyard and the individual, enclosed gardens back onto a newly planted orchard. With underfloor heating throughout and real wood log burners the cottages offer all year round comfort and appeal.
